How to play Word Scramble
- A clue is shown and the word you need is scrambled underneath it.
- Tap the letters in order to build the word in the answer slots.
- If a letter cannot follow what you have already placed, it returns to the bank.
- Fill every slot to solve the word and move on to the next clue.
- Use Shuffle again if the letters landed in a hopeless order.
About Word Scramble
Word Scramble takes a word, shakes up its letters and gives you the definition instead. Your job is to tap the letters back into the right order. If you pick a letter that cannot follow what you have already placed, it goes straight back into the bank, so a wrong guess costs nothing but a moment.
It is the one word game here that needs no dictionary connection: all twenty words are built in, which means it works offline and starts instantly. Play it for a minute between something else, or keep going through the list and see how many you can unscramble in a row.
