How to play Card Memory
- 1Tap any face-down card to flip it over.
- 2Flip a second card. If both symbols match, the pair stays revealed.
- 3If they do not match, they turn back after a short delay so you can memorise their positions.
- 4Reveal every pair to win. The game counts your moves and your time.
- 5Use the size buttons to switch between Easy, Medium and Hard boards.
About Card Memory
Card Memory is a matching game about holding information in your head. Every card is face down. You flip two, and if they show the same symbol they stay up; if they do not, they flip back. The whole game is an exercise in remembering where things are and resisting the urge to flip a card you already know.
Three board sizes let you tune the difficulty, from a six-pair layout that takes seconds to a thirty-six card grid that will genuinely test you. Moves and time are both tracked so you can beat your own best run rather than anyone else, and there is nothing to lose but time. It is a good game to play while listening to something, and a good first game to show someone who has never played online games before.

- Sweep the board in a fixed pattern on your first pass, so you only ever view new cards instead of revisiting ones you already know. Then remember the board as a picture rather than a list of positions.
- What counts as a move in Card Memory?
- A move is every pair of cards you flip. Matching all pairs in fewer moves means you remembered better, not that you were faster.
- Which size should I play?
- Start on Easy if it is your first game. Medium is the best balance, and Hard with 36 cards is genuinely difficult even for experienced players.
