How to play 2048
- 1Use the arrow keys, WASD, or swipe to push every tile on the board as far as possible in that direction.
- 2When two tiles with the same number touch, they merge into one tile with double the value.
- 3A new tile appears on an empty square after each move, so the board fills up over time.
- 4Plan your moves around one corner. A consistent direction keeps the largest tile anchored and leaves you room to build.
